Sleep Well, Get More Deep Sleep (2023/12/5-2023/12/28)

One of the harsh challenges inmates face during their incarceration is to enter a deep sleep, and poor sleep quality can significantly impact their emotional wellness.  In order to address the situation, the class, “Sleep Well, Get More Deep Sleep”, was set up to guide the participated prisoners to use the stress reduction breathing techniques to gradually adjust their body and mind.  Eventually, the participants were able to master relaxation skills well to experience more deep sleep which can help enhance their prison adjustment.
