This prison is subordinate to the Agency of Corrections, Ministry of Justice. The prison has 1 superintendent who oversees the whole affairs of the prison.  There are 1 deputy superintendent and 1 secretary to assist the superintendent in handling the whole affairs of the prison.

The prison consists of 6 sections, namely:Investigation and Classification, Edification and Education, Business, Sanitation and Health, Guard and Control, General Affairs.

There are 4 additional offices, namely:Personnel, Accounting, Statistics, Government Ethics.

The Prison Affairs Committee is formed of the chiefs of the 10 sections and offices.
