The inmates who were sentenced for fraud often possess distinctive personal traits such as risk-taking behavior, a lack of empathy, a sense of entitlement, and others. On the other hand, their behaviors might be strongly motivated by financial benefit and psychological gratification. “Explore Inner Space” was, therefore, arranged and aimed to guide participated inmates to enhance empathy, reduce aggression, increase resilience and enhance mindfulness through different practical exercises including meditating appreciation, exploring inner obstacles and so forth.
