The economically disadvantaged inmates who are approaching release from jail will receive a pair of sports shoes along with a letter of blessing from the Minister of Justice.  This caring initiative is created to encourage them to present a pair of shoes in return in the future when they are able and willing to pass on this kindness and generosity.
