Taichung Prison is a densely populated institution. In order to maintain the health of inmates, in addition to health education advocacy, the Health Section personnel without warning goes to every factory and carries out infection control audit operations, spot checks temperature recorders, hand washing procedures, bleaching foam and environmental disinfection records monthly.

Health Bureau of Taichung City Government also irregularly holds non-early warning infection control audits. January 10, 2020 the Health Bureau of Taichung City Government sent staff to the nursing home for audit, and the results met the requirements.
